Master Bedroom
This large top floor bedroom has Hot/Cold Air Conditioning, Electronic Safe, and a full en-suite bathroom, with patio doors onto a curved veranda, where you can enjoy the panoramic views to Black Rock mountain, the pool area, and Luz Bay beyond. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen size Victorian brass bed and matching furniture.
Bedroom Two
To the rear top floor of the property and over looking the mature gardens, this double bedroom has Hot/Cold Airconditioning, an En-Suite shower room, and furnished in a contempory design. It also has the advantage of its own private external entrance, allowing guests to come and go without disturbing the rest of the Villa.
Bedrooms Three and Four
These delightful bright airy double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, both have Hot/Cold Air-Conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and furnished to the highest standard. Bedroom three also offers an Electronic Safe. Each have Patio doors leading to the Sun Terraces and mature gardens. And the advantage of being adjacent to the Family Bathroom.
The Family Bathroom
The Family Bathroom is adjoining bedrooms Three and Four, and adjacent to the Lounge area. This spacious room is tiled to the highest standard, with a full bath and shower combination.
